The best castles of the province Gibralfaro: A Fairytale Setting We couldn’t begin this tour without mentioning Gibralfaro and the Alcazaba. Although its ruins were condemned to neglect for years, it was restored in 1977 and today is a spectacular enclave from which you can see the entire coast. It\u2019s well worth a visit: its prices are very affordable. It is undoubtedly one of the best and most iconic castles in the province.
